• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement within residential villa developments and villa community projects.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in residential villa construction projects, with a strong understanding of villa design, construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
• Proven track record in procuring materials, services, and subcontract packages specifically for residential villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing works, infrastructure works, and MEP systems related to villa developments.
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement management.
• Strong understanding of local construction markets, suppliers, and subcontractors serving residential villa projects.
• Ability to develop and manage procurement strategies for large-scale villa compounds and residential communities.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to optimize costs while maintaining quality and project schedules.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
