Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost estimates and budgets.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure they align with the budget.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and present them to stakeholders.
• Analyze and forecast project costs to predict future financial performance.
• Work closely with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and validate subcontractor and vendor pricing and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering in housing projects and villas.
• Proven track record of managing project costs successfully.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
