Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for villa construction projects during design and tendering stages.

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to forecast overall project costs.

• Monitor and control project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track and evaluate project expenses and ensure alignment with cost plans.

• Work closely with the procurement team to obtain competitive material and subcontractor pricing.

• Review and evaluate contractor and supplier quotations for cost competitiveness.

• Support in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.

• Analyze variations and change orders; prepare cost impact reports.

• Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize costs without compromising quality.

• Generate periodic cost reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Liaise with quantity surveyors, project managers, and site engineers to ensure cost efficiency on-site.

• Maintain and update cost databases and historical data for future references.
