 Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with planning teams to support project delivery and ensure alignment with defined processes.
• Verifies tenders and projects for proper scheduling, monitoring, and planning compliance.
• Supports project management to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
• Leads planning for complexity projects.
• Develops detailed plans considering logistics, site constraints, and project-specific factors.
• Interfaces with project teams, contributing to progress reporting and contract obligations.
• Monitors productivity and progress, capturing data to inform performance.
• Communicates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Integrates sustainability and health & safety into program design and procurement.
• Coordinates team activities, contributing to net-zero carbon goals and managing carbon impacts.

You’ll Need to Have

• Must have experience in building projects.
• Holds a degree in construction or equivalent field experience.
• Must have a PMI-SP professional certification.
• Leads the application of planning and scheduling methodologies, tools, and techniques across projects.
• Demonstrates strong expertise in project controls, including planning/scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
• Prefer to have Working experience with the PIF or government projects
